Jokaisen lapsen oikeus olisi saada koulutusta, joka vapauttaa köyhyydestä, hyväksikäytöstä sekä rikollisuudesta.

Näistä ajatuksista syntyi Women For Women’s Right For Freedom ryhmä, joka koostuu aivan tavallisista naisista. Meidän slogan on "ordinary people doing extraordinary things".

Tiimimme yhteinen unelma on vaeltaa maailman korkeimman vuoren Mount Everestin Base Campille ja kerätä varoja lapsille, joilla ei näennäisesti ole mitään. Paitsi se sydämet sulattava hymy ja ylitsevuotava rakkaus.

Hyväntekeväisyyskohteemme on Happy Children Home -orpokoti Nepalin Kathmandussa.
Lapset ahkeroivat koulussa, haaveilevat valmistumisesta eri ammatteihin ja unelmoivat valoisammasta tulevaisuudesta. Keräyksemme tukee erityisesti tyttöjen koulutusta, mutta tuemme myös lasten perustarpeita.
Tällä hetkellä akuutti tarve on löytää orpokodille uudet turvalliset ja asianmukaiset tilat.

Kaikki kerätyt varat ohjataan suoraan orpokodille, ilman välikäsiä tai organisaatiokuluja. Kaikki orpokotia tukeva toiminta toteutetaan vapaaehtoisvoimin ja varmistamme avun perillemenon paikan päällä Nepalissa.

Trekkauksen ajankohta on 21.4.-10.5.2024, mutta varoja tarvitaan välittömästi.

Every child deserves to have the right to receive education that frees them from poverty, exploitation, and crime.

These thoughts gave birth to the Women For Women's Right For Freedom group, which by trekking to Mount Everest Base Camp in Nepal, raises funds for education for those who seemingly have nothing. Except for that heartwarming smile and overflowing love.

The team members' shared dream of hiking to the base camp of the world's highest mountain fuels the dreams of the residents of Happy Children Home, an orphanage located in Kathmandu, towards a brighter future and a new residence that offers safer facilities.

Our charity focuses particularly on opening up educational opportunities for girls, but the funds raised will equally support the current situation of all the little residents. All funds raised are directed straight to the children's home, without intermediaries or organizational costs.

The trekking takes place 21.4.-10.5.2024 but funds are needed right now. Due to local authorities order, the orphanage must immediately move to bigger premises.
